As the Lead Housekeeper, you will perform clearly defined housekeeping and cleaning oversight that has a direct impact on the people in our programs. This role involves performing periodic inspections of facilities to ensure clean and sanitary conditions, identifying training needs for housekeeping staff in cooperation with the Infection Prevention Officer, and reporting observations regarding facility maintenance. You will also be responsible for training new personnel, preparing monthly work schedules, managing supply and equipment needs, and ensuring the economical use of resources.
