About The Position

Under general direction, the Interim Facilities Bench Director will work directly with Facilities Management Division to coordinate and enhance our program delivery across the country. This is an interim position, meaning you will work as needed.

Requirements

Must be proficient in all Microsoft applications
Advanced knowledge of Excel
100% Travel
Ability to work independently on sophisticated projects
Strong project management and problem solving skills required
Excellent interpersonal skills; both written and verbal
Must possess the ability to understand Facilities Management related systems
Valid driver’s license
Availability to travel to customer sites as needed
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

Supports new business transition efforts as it related to the gathering of physical asset data.
Supports business specific applications set up including but not limited to TeamOps Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Review work orders and coordinate work to fit daily schedule assigned by department director or designee.
Ability to read, comprehend and transmit detailed instructions in writing and verbally.
Ability to give hands on instruction and implementation online or on site.
Maintain the facility heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and related control systems as needed.
Respond to calls from facility departments requesting immediate assistance.
Perform preventive maintenance on related equipment assigned by the director or designee.
Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
Install air conditioning, refrigeration, temperature, humidity control systems and accessories as necessary.
Conduct daily rounds of building and related equipment as assigned.
Report any complications on specific jobs or equipment.
