About The Position

We are seeking a Facilities Instrumentation Owners Rep for assignment in Boise, Idaho. The selected candidate will act as the technical owner and advocate for Instrumentation and Controls scope during the tool installation phase of semiconductor manufacturing equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering
• 5+ years experience in engineering design of industrial control systems
• Strong knowledge of International Fire Code (IFC), International Mechanical Code (IMC), UL and IEEE standards
• Experience selecting and specifying electrical and controls equipment and systems
• Proven ability to review vendor submittals against contractual and technical requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering and design oversight for final hookups, including fire alarm, chemical controls system, toxic gas monitoring (TGM) systems and associated programmable logic controllers (PLCs)
• Develop and review technical specifications for tool installation
• Review vendor submittments and design deliverables to ensure compliance with client requirements and applicable codes
• Collaborate closely with facilities, construction, vendors and internal project teams to ensure successful execution
