Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year of experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Skills: Leadership, peer-to-peer Tech support, project/stretch assignments and facility location ownership.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-pressure surface restoration.
• Complete parking lot striping and ADA Safety & Compliance painting.
• Maintain overall facility appearance and visual standards.
• Be available to work flexible hours upon request with reasonable notice. (Typically second and third shift work)
