About The Position

The Facilities Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the facility. Specific duties include cleaning all areas of the property, using chemicals and equipment properly, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for both guests and employees.

Requirements

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Missouri Gaming License.
Reliability in meeting attendance and policy requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide proactive customer service to casino and office guests.
Maintain the safety of customers and guests.
Ensure all public areas are vacuumed, dusted, cleaned, and mopped as needed.
Pick up paper, trash, litter, debris, and clean ashtrays around all gaming areas and machines.
Maintain clean and sanitary restrooms.
Clean windows, blinds, gaming machines, light fixtures, and pit areas.
Clean and maintain employee break rooms.
Report all unsafe and hazardous conditions to your supervisor.
Vacuum, dust, clean, and empty trash in all offices, break rooms, and training rooms.
Clean all elevators, stairways, and foyers.
Maintain proper department uniform, appearance, and grooming standards.
Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, department, and company policies.
Perform all job functions safely and in a responsible manner.
Adhere to Missouri Gaming Commission regulations and company policies.
Maintain work areas to safety and cleanliness standards.
Work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, as required.
