No other community comes close. Promontory Club is looking to fulfill a vacancy for a Facilities Housekeeper – Full time. The position of Facilities Housekeeper provides cleaning services before, during and after regular business hours to the communal areas, Members clubs, fitness rooms, restaurants and other amenities of the Ranch Club and its outlets. The Housekeeper will maintain buildings to the highest quality of cleanliness and follow all cleaning protocols provided by the Facilities Housekeeping Manager. The Facilities Housekeeper is responsible to handle Member requests and ensure issues are resolved as quickly as possible by your own actions or with the help of the Facilities Housekeeping Manager.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is preferred; must be at least 18 years of age.
  • 1 to 3 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred; must have a high attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment all while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure daily area cleaning assignments are completed as scheduled.
  • Follow each area’s Standard Operating Procedures as outlined by the Facilities Housekeeping Manager.
  • Clean all areas assigned to by emptying trash, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning windows, cleaning restrooms, and doing laundry.
  • Perform all duties in a safe and professional manner.
  • Knowledge of and use the correct chemicals provided by the Director of Assets and Engineering.
  • Report any broken equipment, or safety hazards to the Facilities Housekeeping Manager.
  • Complete area cleaning check off lists and turn into Facilities Housekeeping Manager at the completion of each shift.
  • Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, report accidents, injuries and unsafe work practices to the Facilities Housekeeping Manager.
  • Complete safety training and certifications.
  • Other duties as assigned.
