The Facilities Technician as part of the facilities team and under the direction of the Manager of Facilities, maintains and repairs the buildings, facilities, utility systems, equipment, and grounds. They are responsible for planning, budgeting, and scheduling facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor materials and other related costs. The Facilities Technician assumes responsibility for allocated buildings, prioritizes and schedules daily tasks and maintenance requests.
