Ziker Cleaners is looking for a hands-on maintenance expert to maintain our industrial equipment, production systems, and facilities across multiple locations. This role involves diagnosing equipment issues, troubleshooting complex mechanical systems, and keeping operations running at peak performance. The ideal candidate enjoys solving technical problems, preventing downtime, and making a real impact every day.

Requirements

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Experience with tools, repairs, and troubleshooting
• Able to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Reliable and self-motivated
• Good communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clear driving record
• Pride in quality work and ownership mentality
• Maintenance, facilities, industrial, or manufacturing experience
• Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, welding, or boiler knowledge
• Preventative maintenance systems experience
• Multi-site property or equipment maintenance experience

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair washers, dryers, presses, boilers, conveyors, and production equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and costly repairs
• Handle building repairs including plumbing, lighting, doors, drywall, paint, locks, and general upkeep
• Support retail stores, production plant, and office locations
• Coordinate outside vendors and contractors when needed
• Improve efficiency, equipment reliability, and facility appearance
• Respond quickly to urgent maintenance needs
• Keep accurate maintenance logs and records
• Maintain safe work practices and OSHA compliance
