The Facilities Engineering Manager is responsible for the strategic planning, execution, engineering, operation, and continuous improvement of two manufacturing facilities supporting aerospace and defense production. This role oversees site infrastructure, facility expansions, production area layout optimization, utilities engineering, and the engineering rigor required to maintain high reliability manufacturing environments. The Facilities Engineering Manager develops long term facilities strategies, leads capital projects, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives facility readiness to support ongoing production, future growth, and operational excellence. This position serves as the primary engineering liaison for facilities and infrastructure, partnering closely with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, EHS, Quality, Supply Chain, and external contractors to ensure both sites remain safe, scalable, efficient, and aligned with company objectives.
