Chevron is hiring Civil Engineering interns for its facilities engineering roles at various operating locations across the U.S. These interns will be assigned a mentor and will work on projects supporting operating facilities by applying technical engineering knowledge and project management skills. The support areas may include optimizing facilities for safety and reliability, providing technical support for turnarounds and projects, developing and deploying technologies to reduce carbon and increase efficiency, and using digitalization and data analytics to improve operations and safety. Top-performing interns may be considered for return internships or full-time positions after graduation. New graduates joining Chevron full-time enter the Horizons Program, a structured early-career development program that includes formal training, on-the-job learning, mentorship, and multiple job assignments with potential location rotations. Civil Engineers in this program will follow a Civil/Structural/Marine development track.
