Tolin Mechanical is seeking an experienced Facility Engineer to join their team in the Mid-Atlantic region. They are looking for a candidate interested in a long-term position who will integrate well with their existing team of experienced and respected technicians. Facility Engineers at Tolin Mechanical are focused on service and delivering long-term technical solutions for clients. Their role involves maintaining, monitoring, and performing preventative maintenance and continuous operation of all building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and more.

Requirements

Demonstrated ability to develop rapport and productive working relationships with clients, vendors, and co-workers
Well-rounded background as a Journeyman
Values and display exceptional customer service
Strong organization skills
Over 18 years of age
High School diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in a building engineer capacity
Strong written and verbal English skills
Comfortable working on computers
Valid driver's license with driving record in good standing
