Develops and maintains a Service Culture that ensures the delivery of superior internal/external guest service by all team members. This role requires understanding operations and the ability to repair facility equipment, including checking HVAC equipment through the building management system. The Facilities Engineer will direct laborers, prioritize maintenance requests, and ensure departmental adherence to all regulatory, departmental, and company policies and procedures. They will respond to maintenance calls during their shift, coordinate repairs with other departments, and possess knowledge of all promotions and events. Additionally, the role involves training personnel in all aspects of their job and performing other duties as assigned.
