About The Position

We are seeking an Facilities Engineering to provide support for HVAC systems in a pharmaceutical on Dry Product manufacturing environment. This role focuses on the operation, reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of HVAC systems that support manufacturing and critical facility areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• Experience as an HVAC Engineer in pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of:
• HVAC systems (AHUs, chillers, exhaust systems, ductwork)
• Environmental control in manufacturing areas
• Building Management Systems (BMS)
• Experience supporting Facilities and Utilities operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering and technical support for HVAC systems supporting GMP manufacturing and facility operations.
• Monitor and maintain temperature, humidity, airflow, and pressure control in critical areas.
• Lead and support troubleshooting activities, equipment assessments, and system performance optimization.
• Support change management activities related to HVAC systems, including system modifications and improvements.
• Coordinate activities with Facilities, Maintenance, Operations, and external vendors.
• Support preventive maintenance strategies and reliability initiatives for HVAC systems.
• Review and support engineering documentation, technical evaluations, and system-related SOPs.
• Ensure systems operate in compliance with GMP guidelines, safety standards, and internal procedures.
• Support audits and inspections as technical HVAC subject matter expert (SME) when required.
