About The Position

This role is for a Facilities Engineer V with a focus on facilities-related project management and working with sub-contractors for general building maintenance and repair. The position requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in this field. A BS Degree in an Engineering field is preferred. The ideal candidate will have strong fundamental knowledge of mechanical engineering concepts, be fluent in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD, and possess flexibility to learn new processes and equipment. There is a desire to train on raw materials systems, pollution abatement systems, HVAC, compressed air, chilled water, and other facilities/BAS systems. Proven project management experience, strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently, and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in facilities-related project management
• Minimum of 10 years of experience working with sub-contractors for general building maintenance and repair
• Strong fundamental knowledge of mechanical engineering concepts
• Fluent in the use of Microsoft Office
• Fluent in the use of AutoCAD
• Flexibility to learn new processes and equipment
• Proven project management experience
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
