The Facilities Engineer supports the critical infrastructure, systems and processes that enable large-scale complex medical device manufacturing and laboratory operations to ensure reliability, compliance and sustainability across campuses. This role partners closely with facilities technicians, manufacturing teams and cross-functional stakeholders to improve how facilities systems are designed, monitored, maintained and operated, and ensure systems operate efficiently, safely and in alignment with FDA regulations. You will focus on infrastructure performance, process improvement, troubleshooting and long-term system reliability, while providing flexible operational support across facilities functions as business and site needs evolve. The Facilities Engineer provides engineering support and project execution for facilities systems and infrastructure supporting medical device manufacturing, laboratory, and office environments. Under general supervision, this role works to design, construct, commission, qualify, and maintain controlled environments and facility systems. The position contributes to cross-functional infrastructure projects and is responsible for executing defined scopes, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
