The Facilities Electrical Engineer / Site Utility Manager (SUM) ensures the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of facility electrical systems and site utilities. This role supports facility infrastructure, utility systems, and capital projects while partnering with operations, maintenance, contractors, utility providers, and cross-functional teams. The SUM oversees reliable delivery of electricity, water, fire protection, steam, condensate, stormwater, compressed air, chilled water, and natural gas. The role also supports energy and water reduction initiatives, responds to utility emergencies as the site subject matter expert, and oversees steam and chilled water plant operations.
