About The Position

The ideal candidate will monitor and support site-level maintenance operations, analyze and implement cost savings, assist in annual Capital Expenditure (CapEx) budgets, implement and oversee a training curriculum for maintenance departments, and develop a robust metric reporting system. Success in this role is tied to valuing clear processes and focusing on Lead Generation, Lead Conversion, and Customer Fulfillment. This role is accountable for the overall financial performance of the portfolio compared to budget, faithfully executing the business plan to achieve or exceed planned objectives, and creating value through a focus on expenditures, personnel development, and team member interaction. Responsibilities

• Monitor and support site-level maintenance operations.
