The Center accomplishes this mission through collaborative, innovative programs, services and referral resources that meet the economic needs of the entire community. Summary: The Facility Director reports to the Chief Operating Officer and oversees and coordinates the maintenance of all PHC facilities, building systems, and property. Duties include building maintenance, environmental and safety regulatory compliance, grounds maintenance, custodial support, protection services, organization of events, space assignments, etc. The Facilities Director manages and coordinates property development, facilitates new construction projects, remodels and alterations.
