Lakeview Estates is seeking a Facilities Director to join their team! The Facilities Director reports to the Executive Director. This role involves overseeing all facilities management operations, including maintenance, housekeeping, laundry, and security, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and standards. The position requires hands-on involvement in minor repairs, emergency response, vendor liaison, project coordination, and system monitoring (HVAC, fire protection). Financial oversight, budget management, and supporting regional facilities initiatives through training are also key aspects. The role includes comprehensive department management, such as recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and disciplining staff, as well as managing timekeeping and payroll. Attendance at various meetings is also expected.
