About The Position

This position is responsible for cleaning buildings, removing debris and keeping areas neat and tidy for all offices, buildings, venues and restrooms on property. Must be available weekends.

Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED, and two (2) years of work experience in janitorial services.
• Ability to interface with customers and create a warm, friendly and welcoming presence.
• Must be able to work well with all levels of employees and with guests.
• Requires a high level of attention to detail and communication skills.
• Requires high energy and a self-starting ability.

Responsibilities

• Clean buildings and restrooms for all venues on property. Daily duties to include vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying and replacing liners of trash cans, use of cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces, clean mirrors, glass partitions, windows, etc.
• Perform laundry duties to include sorting, pre-treating, washing, drying, pressing and hanging.
• Assist facilities team in other projects as needed
