About The Position

As a Facilities Custodian, you'll play a key role in creating and maintaining a facility that is always "Tour Ready, Audit Ready." This role involves cleaning and sanitizing various areas, managing waste, operating floor care equipment, maintaining cleaning supplies, and supporting contracted cleaning crews. You will also be responsible for completing daily tasks, documenting work, and utilizing maintenance software for work orders, all while supporting a safe, clean, and efficient workplace.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least one year of work experience
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Ability to work independently and follow established procedures
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to read chemical labels and safety information
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
• Willingness to work overtime when needed

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and sanitizing breakrooms, restrooms, office areas, and handwashing stations
• Emptying trash, recycling, and biohazard containers
• Operating and maintaining floor scrubbers to support facility cleanliness and micro-control efforts
• Ordering and restocking cleaning supplies
• Assisting and providing guidance to contracted cleaning crews
• Completing daily task lists and documenting completed work
• Utilizing maintenance software to manage and complete work orders
• Supporting a safe, clean, and efficient workplace for all associates
