About The Position

Responsible to provide custodial services for assigned Opportunity Enterprises facilities. The hours are 3:30 pm - 11:30 pm, Monday-Friday.

Ability to work independently
Excellent communication with directors, staff and clients served
Excellent customer service
General utilization of technology including email, departmental software and smart phone usage
High school diploma/GED preferred
Must be 18 or older
Experience in custodial field preferred

Check the work order system daily for work assignments
Work independently to complete assigned tasks to ensure all work orders are completed in a safe and timely manner
Daily tasks to include laundry, dusting, sweeping, mopping using a floor scrubber and cleaning bathrooms
Utilize equipment to perform custodial needs, including mops, brooms, vacuum cleaners, floor machines, cleaning supplies, chemicals, towels, carts and PPE
Ensure that buildings remain sanitary and healthy
Replenish consumable supplies as needed
Dispose of trash and recycling in designated receptacles
Maintain building appearance and cleanliness
Comply with all safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas
Attend all mandatory meeting and trainings
Other duties as assigned
