As a CBRE Facilities Coordinator, you will work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure that facility tasks and work orders are complete. This role will be onsite at a data center for a tech client. This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans. What You'll Do: Support Management, HR, Finance, and Environment, Health & Safety tasks. Use digital tools to streamline workflows and reporting. Work with vendors to maintain compliance. Acknowledge all client inquiries and collect work orders. Collaborate across departments and with external stakeholder and respond promptly to inquiries and concerns. Collect information reports to find out performance and progress status. File work orders, proposals, department files, and other paperwork submitted by vendors. Monitor activities that happen outside the building, such as proper waste disposal and recycling. Follow instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions. Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under supervision and guidance.
