In addition to Critical Care we also offer services for Emergency, Surgery, Oncology, and Internal Medicine. We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join our Dublin team! In this role, you are the backbone of our hospital environment — ensuring that every space is clean, safe, organized, and fully operational so our veterinary staff can focus on what matters most: exceptional patient care. You take pride in your work, communicate well with colleagues, and thrive in a team-oriented setting.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Understanding of proper cleaning methods, materials, and equipment
  • Basic building and grounds maintenance knowledge
  • Ability to operate and maintain janitorial tools and equipment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and online ordering platforms (e.g., Amazon, Staples)
  • Ability to complete minor facility repairs
  • Strong ability to follow written and oral instructions
  • Comfortable using and operating a computer
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with staff and clients

Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout assigned areas of the hospital
  • Sweep, mop, wax, and vacuum floors and carpets to maintain a clean environment
  • Clean and disinfect hallways, restrooms, common areas, and light fixtures
  • Dust and polish furniture and surfaces on a regular schedule
  • Empty waste receptacles and manage proper disposal
  • Perform minor building and equipment repairs
  • Assist with moving and arranging furniture, equipment, and supplies
  • Manage supply inventory and coordinate ordering of materials as needed
  • Coordinate and oversee vendor relationships for facilities-related services
  • Support the team with other duties as assigned by your manager
