About The Position

As a CBRE Facilities Coordinator, you will work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure that facility tasks and work orders are completed. The role is part of the Facilities Management functional area, which supports Property Managers on repairs and investment plans and focuses on operating a set of assets. Work is performed under close supervision and guidance, following defined procedures and processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Up to 2 years of job-related experience.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in applying work.
• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
• Basic math skills, including calculating simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Work with landlords, tenants, and service providers to ensure they implement and recognize procedures, policies, and reporting formats.
• Acknowledge client inquiries and collect work orders.
• Collect information and reports to determine performance and progress status.
• File work orders, proposals, department files, and other paperwork submitted by vendors.
• Monitor activities outside the building, including proper waste disposal and recycling.
• Follow instructions, short correspondence, and memos, and ask clarifying questions.
• Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems, with limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
• Deliver assigned output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
