About The Position

This position is responsible for facilities coordination at the assigned facilities – including, but not limited to: emergency call coordination, managing work order assignment and completion, providing customer follow-up, and running operations. The ideal candidate will efficiently coordinate third party vendors and work with both internal and external customers.

Requirements

  • Highschool Diploma with equivalent experience or Associate's degree (A. A.).
  • 1-3 years of experience in a professional, fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
  • Experience using a Commercial Maintenance Management System (CMMS) or Work Order Management process.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office programs.
  • Ability to learn new computer programs and apply them to work requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with operations and maintenance for Corporate Commercial Space Industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day facility operations across assigned sites, overseeing work order management, vendor scheduling, service escalations, and performance tracking to meet account targets.
  • Support both in-house and third-party technicians to ensure services are completed to quality standards and contractual requirements, including maintenance, landscaping, snow removal, and janitorial operations.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the EFS Operations Manager and Facilities Manager, maintaining accurate records, reports, and communication between vendors, internal teams, and customer partners.
  • Supports work order operations as needed in areas such as: Vendor Dispatch, Vendor Scheduling, Service escalations, Payment related questions.
  • Communicate/escalate with appropriate parties (Account Team & Vendors) as needed.
  • Support overall account administrative tasks as assigned.
