What this job involves: This role focuses on providing exceptional facilities management and service delivery to support a high-performing office environment. You'll be responsible for maintaining building operations, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction through proactive service delivery and seamless coordination of maintenance activities.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related fields
  • Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements
  • Experience with critical facilities and vendor management for specialized services
  • Understanding of basic technical aspects of property systems (computer room air-conditioning, chiller system, fire protection system, mechanical & electrical system)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure a clean and organized office environment
  • Respond to all work orders in a timely manner, ensuring KPI compliance and excellent customer service
  • Schedule and manage repairs, maintenance, minor works and other work requests, tracking to completion
  • Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure all building procedures and performance measures are maintained
  • Provide information and direction to vendors, facilities staff and other service providers to ensure excellent coordination
  • Assist in the procurement of vendors and services as required
  • Update and maintain accurate records and official documentation to support client initiatives and operations
  • Coordinate site operations in accordance with all agreed policies, procedures and contract scope
  • Support equipment maintenance, landlord relations, safety and security initiatives
