Why Consider This Role: The role of Facilities Coordinator is perfect for a versatile and highly organized individual who values the importance of warm, welcoming therapeutic spaces in a client’s healing journey. The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for organizing, optimizing, and managing all office operations, supplies, and inventory to promote operational efficiency across the group practice. This role acts as the operational link between all office locations, and as direct support to the Practice Operations Manager. This role allows an opportunity to be out and about during the day, connect with numerous people at the practice, and demonstrate a high level of ownership and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Ability to travel to all office locations on a ragular basis: Naperville, Lemont, Frankfort & Shorewood
  • Reliable transportation
  • Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

  • Manage office maintenance, housekeeping, and supply ordering.
  • Coordinate with building managers and maintenance crews.
  • Order and maintain art and kids’ supplies, marketing supplies, flyers, and other inventory.
  • Organize, order and deliver monthly (or every other month) appreciation lunches.
  • Coordinate welcome and onboarding gifts; assist with birthday, anniversary, or other life event gifts.
  • Assist with company event planning and execution.
  • Follow up with clinicians for office-related matters.
  • Manage company distributed equipment including disbursement and collection.
  • Provide operational support as needed for scheduling and internal communications.
