IST Management is seeking a reliable, customer focused Facilities Coordinator for the Norwalk team! The Facilities Coordinator will serve as the primary contact for both internal and external customers seeking support and information, and will be responsible for all office facility activities at the site office location. Additionally, the Facilities Coordinator will supervise vendors, contractors, and third parties performing office related duties at the location. Ideal candidates will have prior facilities experience, possess high customer service standards, are self-led, and willing to train as necessary. Prior relevant supervisor experience is a plus.
