What this job involves: As a key member of our Facilities Support Services team, you will act as the primary on-site liaison for our client, Farmers, ensuring their office space is maintained and operates flawlessly. Your main purpose is to be the central point of contact for all facility-related matters, interfacing directly with building property management, external vendors, and internal client departments like IT. This role is critical to JLL's business objective of delivering outstanding client service by providing proactive, hands-on support, promoting goodwill, and working diligently to manage and reduce expenses while ensuring a productive and efficient workplace for the Farmers community.
