About The Position

Temple Health is a dynamic network of hospitals, specialty centers, and physician practices dedicated to advancing medical science and educating future healthcare professionals. The Facilities Coordinator will support the Facilities department at the Women and Families Campus, performing a variety of administrative functions for the Facilities team and providing coordination and support to all projects. This role is responsible for regulatory compliance for Environment of Care and Life Safety, including daily monitoring, documentation, coordination of collected data, and daily corrective action plans for any item out of scope. Temple Women & Families is dedicated to expanding access to high-quality care for women, newborns, and families, offering comprehensive prenatal, postnatal, and specialty services in a welcoming environment. The campus provides routine and specialty care, including cardio obstetrics and pediatrics, same-day gynecologic surgery, and an on-site pharmacy, all within a tranquil, park-like setting.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 2 years experience in a related position

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1 year experience in healthcare setting

Responsibilities

• Maintains assigned departmental files and databases, often times handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Gathers and compiles information/data for use in presentations and reports following established departmental policies and procedures for Joint Commission and PA State Regulator Department.
• Supports the Facilities department at their site, performing a variety of administrative functions for the entire Facilities team and provides coordination and support to all projects.
• Responsible for regulatory compliance for Environment of Care and Life Safety, including daily monitoring, documentation, coordination of collected data, daily corrective action plans for any item out of scope.
