What this job involves: Join JLL's operations team as a Work Order Coordinator, where you'll serve as the critical link between building occupants, facilities staff, and vendors to ensure seamless maintenance operations. This role is essential to JLL's commitment to operational excellence, as you'll manage the complete work order lifecycle through our Corrigo system while maintaining the high service standards that drive client satisfaction. You'll contribute directly to JLL's business objectives by ensuring efficient resolution of maintenance requests, meeting key performance indicators, and supporting facilities teams in delivering exceptional building operations. This position offers excellent exposure to facilities management operations and provides a pathway for career growth within JLL's integrated facilities management division.
