Facilities Contractor Escort (Part-Time)
About The Position
OUC - The Reliable One, is seeking a Part-time Facilities Contractor Escort to join the Financial & Support Services division. While this position does require scheduling flexibility the anticipated work hours are expected to be 7 AM-3:30 PM on Thursday & Friday and 7 AM - 11 AM on Wednesday. Ideal candidates will have some experience in facility maintenance and a commitment to upholding safety and compliance standards while ensuring our contractors receive the support needed. Requirements
- Knowledge of facility maintenance
- Strong problem solving, time management, and communication skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High School Diploma or equivalent education preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience preferably in a Facility maintenance capacity
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for escorting contractors on OUC’s various sites and substations.
- Be able to inspect any site and communicate the inspection results to a Facilities Supervisor.
- Complete knowledge of OUC’s policies and regulations for contractors working on OUC’s sites.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
