About The Position

The Manager, Facilities Construction, is responsible for development, management, coordination, oversight and inspection of assigned construction projects for Lutheran SeniorLife. This includes capital, start up and renovations ensuing that all goals and objectives of projects are accomplished within the prescribed time frames and funding parameters.

Requirements

Must be able to serve as on-site construction project coordinator.
Five or more years’ experience in construction project management/superintendent on projects with multiple trades/subcontractors.

Nice To Haves

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Architecture or engineering management is preferred.
