The Cleaning Technician is responsible for providing deep cleaning and sanitizing services to all of our restaurant locations. This position operates during graveyard hours, working 4/10's Monday through Thursday. Key responsibilities include properly cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining restaurant equipment, as well as cleaning and disinfecting common areas, walls, floors, ceilings, woodwork, windows, doors, and sills. The technician will also clean and polish stainless steel surfaces, dust fixtures, ledges, and shelves, and follow procedures for trash storage and disposal, transporting it to designated areas. The role requires the ability to travel to various restaurant locations, report maintenance concerns to the facilities team, and secure restaurant locations by ensuring buildings are locked/unlocked as required. Ensuring the security of company assets while on-site is also crucial. The position demands the ability to work non-business hours, including nights, and requires adherence to all applicable health and sanitation procedures/laws and safe work practices. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks/projects, are essential. The technician must be adaptable to changes in work assignments and environment, willing to assume additional responsibility, and learn new processes. Support for special projects and other designated activities, as assigned by the Manager, is also part of the role.
