About The Position
Kemco Integrated Services and Reliant Commercial is seeking an experienced commercial carpenter in Greer, South Carolina, to make repairs in retail stores. The work includes interior finishes such as sheetrock, suspended ceilings, carpet, ceramic tile, and FRP, as well as steel-frame doors, door hardware, commercial casework, and store fixtures. Commercial construction experience is desired. The position is hourly, 40 hours per week, with occasional travel; hotel and per diem are provided. Some overtime and 24/7 on-call service are required.
Requirements
- Experience as a commercial carpenter.
- Experience with sheetrock, suspended ceilings, carpet, ceramic tile, and FRP.
- Experience with steel-frame doors, door hardware, commercial casework, and store fixtures.
- Be a self-starter, reliable, and a team player.
- Have computer and smartphone skills and be comfortable with paperwork systems.
- Be a good problem solver with excellent people skills.

- Commercial construction experience.
