About The Position
Kemco Facilities Services and Reliant Commercial is seeking an experienced carpenter in Atlanta, Georgia. This is an hourly position with 40 hours a week, offering W2 employment at the end of the year. The role involves making repairs in retail stores and requires occasional travel, with hotel and per diem provided. Some overtime and 24/7 on-call service may also be required.
Requirements
- Experienced carpenter.
- Self-starter.
- Reliable.
- Team player.
- Computer and smart phone skills.
- Good with paperwork systems.
- Experience in all types of interior finishes: sheetrock, suspended ceilings, carpet, ceramic tile and FRP.
- Experience with steel frame doors, door hardware, commercial casework, and store fixtures.
- Good problem solver.
- Excellent people skills.
Nice To Haves
- Commercial construction experience desired.
Responsibilities
