About The Position

EMCOR Services Betlem has been in the facilities management business for over 100 years, maintaining facilities, designing, building, and servicing HVAC, refrigeration, controls, ductwork, and piping systems for new construction, renovation, and retrofit projects. We offer a broad spectrum of commercial and residential HVAC and facilities services, from rooftop to foundation and everything in between. In addition to HVAC repairs and maintenance, our portfolio of facilities services includes on-site personnel for building management operations and maintenance.

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
OSHA 10-hour certification.

Responsibilities

General commercial building maintenance as directed by client.
Provide general maintenance, carpentry, painting, and lighting services.
Build shipping crates as directed.
Minor plumbing and electrical maintenance and repairs.
General repair service (masonry, roofing, walls, fences, ceilings, doors, parking lot patches, etc.).
Assist with workstation relocations, office configurations, and office moves.
Communicate with the client and our staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
Comply with corporate policy on safety, work ethics and time constraints.
Plan ahead on projects to ensure the highest level of productivity on the job.
