The Facilities Management Program is part of Aramark's 2026 Management Accelerator Program. This program is a one-year, full-time rotational experience designed for recent college graduates who are eager to build a career in operations leadership. Throughout the program, participants will rotate through key areas of the facilities management business, gaining hands-on experience in operations, compliance, innovation, and support services. They will assist with day-to-day operations, support the execution of strategic initiatives, and provide direct support to teams across functions. Collaboration with HR and finance will provide understanding of systems and metrics driving performance. The program includes mentorship, leadership training, and opportunities to interact with senior-level executives, preparing participants to lead with confidence.
