About The Position

Want a job where you actually make a difference? As a BrightBee facilities associate, you’ll support students in local schools—helping keep their environments clean and safe or working to support their nutrition in the cafeteria. The more sites and assignment types you are open to working, the more your earning potential is. BrightBee recruits candidates (that's you!) to support local schools and nonprofits. You will use our BrightBee app to claim assignments at schools/non-profits in your area and get paid a week later. Our goal is simple: help schools succeed and give workers the tools they need to grow in their careers.

Requirements

• Comfortable claiming assignments/being available for multiple schools.
• Reliable transportation to get to schools in your area.
• Dependable, consistent, and show up ready to work.
• Comfortable with physical work and being on your feet.
• Take pride in creating clean, safe spaces for students.
• Pass a background check.
• Follow safety and reporting guidelines.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Nice To Haves

• Enjoy working with or around kids or teens.
• Patient, reliable, and positive.
• Looking for flexible and/or consistent work.

Responsibilities

• Support students in local schools by keeping their environments clean and safe.
• Support student nutrition in the cafeteria.
• Claim assignments at schools/non-profits in your area using the BrightBee app.
• Commute to various school sites in the East Cleveland area.
