Habitat Health empowers older adults to experience more good days in their homes and communities. Through the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), we provide comprehensive medical care along with support for daily needs such as meals, transportation, and in‑home assistance. Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of facility maintenance experience, preferably in a geriatric care setting.
- Advanced mechanical skills and knowledge of plumbing, HVAC and other building systems.
- Proficiency with repair tools and techniques.

Responsibilities
- Inspects building structures to determine repair and renovation needs.
- Maintains a preventative maintenance schedule.
- Coordinate facility related vendors.
- Manages the upkeep of equipment and facility related supplies to meet health and safety requirements.
- Participate in continuing education classes and any required staff and training meetings.
- Maintains professional affiliations and any required certifications.
