About The Position

Metro Self-Storage is hiring a hands-on Facilities Associate to help keep their property running smoothly, support customers, and work around classic and specialty vehicles. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, solving problems, and performing a variety of tasks throughout the day. The position involves maintaining clean and safe indoor and outdoor spaces, handling light repairs, cleaning vehicles, assisting with Jeep top installations, helping customers, and contributing wherever needed to ensure the facility operates efficiently.

• High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

• Prior maintenance, janitorial, facilities, automotive, landscaping, or customer service experience is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, safe, and well-kept indoor and outdoor spaces
• Handle light repairs, painting, floor care, lawn care, and snow removal
• Clean, detail, and prep vehicles for storage
• Assist with Jeep top installations and removals
• Help customers with storage options, facility tours, and basic questions
• Pitch in wherever needed to keep the facility running smoothly
