About The Position
This role involves performing routine inspections and maintenance tasks on facilities equipment, monitoring inventory of facility supplies and materials, and assisting in setting up and arranging meeting rooms and workspaces. The Facilities Associate will also conduct safety checks, report hazards, support facility security measures, and respond to facility-related requests and inquiries from employees.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of facility maintenance and repair procedures.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong organizational skills for managing supplies and materials.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail in inspecting and maintaining facilities.
- Previous experience in landscaping, grounds keeping, or a related trade.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
