About The Position

Bobbie makes European-style organic infant formula manufactured end-to-end in the U.S. The Facilities Associate is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment throughout the facility. This role ensures that all assigned areas—including offices, restrooms, common spaces, and work areas—are cleaned and maintained according to company standards and regulatory requirements. The shift hours are 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, with training occurring during the first shift.

Requirements

• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively.
• Experience in a food manufacturing facility.
• Experience in a regulated environment is preferred.
• Pushing and pulling carts, equipment, etc.
• Lifting up to or above 50 pounds
• Bending
• Kneeling
• Twisting at the torso
• Reaching above shoulder and or head height
• Ascending and/or descending stairs
• Use of step stool
• Close proximity or direct chemical use

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and waste removal.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces.
• Restock supplies including soap, paper towels, toilet tissue, and cleaning materials.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as buffers, and vacuums.
• Maintain cleanliness in entrances, hallways, and other common areas.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or needed repairs to the Sanitation Manager.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and complete tasks within assigned timeframes.
• Secure cleaning areas and equipment after use.
• Assist with event set-up, room resets, or special cleaning projects as needed.
