CARITAS creates a safe space to heal and time to rebuild. Through five core programs, we provide solutions in shelter, recovery services, workforce development, and our furniture bank, supporting individuals on their path to stability and self-sufficiency. The Custodian is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment across designated CARITAS facilities. This role supports daily operations by ensuring all spaces; including common areas, restrooms, offices, and exterior areas, meet cleanliness, safety, and health standards. The Custodian plays an important role in creating a welcoming and respectful environment for staff, program participants, volunteers, and visitors, program participants to build job skills, while contributing to a culture that promotes accountability, job skill development, and positive work habits.
