The Facilities & Utilities Engineer is responsible for supporting the site's infrastructure by ensuring reliable, compliant, efficient, and cost-effective operation of facility and utility systems. This includes PLC controls/networks, facility and utility improvements, and sustainability programs. Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, this role provides technical leadership for facility controls engineering, utility reliability, infrastructure management, energy optimization, sustainability initiatives, and project execution. The Facilities & Utilities Engineer serves as the site's technical expert for utility and infrastructure systems, partnering closely with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) teams to maximize system availability, regulatory compliance, energy efficiency, and operational performance.
