Pacific Aerospace Consulting, Inc (PAC) is an innovative, privately-owned company delivering high-impact operational capability to our Defense and commercial partners. Our trusted team of engineers, operational experts and technical specialists share a passion for the capabilities we support - always ready to go the extra mile to ensure mission success. We look for people who value integrity, flexibility, and professionalism - these values set the standard for everything we do. Our culture allows us a unique opportunity to make – and see – an impact. We enable autonomy, value professional curiosity and decisiveness, and – above all – cultivate collaboration. Our ideal candidate doesn’t just ‘fit’ our culture – they add something unique and enhance it. We have an exciting part-time opportunity for an organized, tech-savvy individual to join our team supporting defense aerospace operations — no prior defense experience required . Assignments will vary, but will include the following responsibilities: Technical & Administrative Proficiency – Utilize Microsoft Office 365 Suite, collaboration platforms, and document management systems to support daily operations, reporting, recordkeeping, and coordination activities. Maintain organized digital records, assist with document control processes, and support efficient information management practices. Computer Literacy – Demonstrate strong general computer literacy, including the ability to quickly learn new software, systems, and processes with minimal supervision. Facility Coordination - Support client on-site as central point of contact for all facility-related inquiries and requests, including facility maintenance, procurement, and services provided. No facilities background is required – strong organizational skills and follow-through are what matter. ICT Support - Support client on-site as central point of contact for network, infrastructure, software, and equipment inquiries. This is a coordination and triage role – general tech-savviness and a willingness to learn are more important than formal ICT qualifications. Quality Assurance – Ensure work is completed consistently and to a professional standard by following established PAC procedures and on-site instructions. This includes accurate recordkeeping, use of approved document templates, and professional written communication. No formal quality qualifications required. Travel – Local and interstate travel in support of this position. Occasional local travel may be required; interstate travel is infrequent. This is an office-based role supported by a local team, with training and guidance available on the ground. The broader PAC team operates across multiple locations and time zones, and your on-site presence is key to supporting colleagues whose remote access to certain systems is limited.
