Your Impact As a Facilities Administrator, you play a key role in creating a safe, efficient, and well‑organized workplace. Your coordination of maintenance, vendors, and daily facility needs ensures employees can focus on their work while operations run smoothly behind the scenes. Through clear communication and attention to detail, you help maintain a positive and productive work environment. What the Role Offers

Requirements

  • Strong organization and communication skills.
  • Comfortable coordinating multiple tasks at once.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and facility/work order systems.
  • Prior experience in facilities or office administration is helpful.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic understanding of building systems (nice to have).

Responsibilities

  • Handle maintenance requests and track work orders.
  • Coordinate with vendors (cleaning, HVAC, repairs, etc.).
  • Support office moves, space setup, and general workplace needs.
  • Maintain facility records, schedules, and documentation.
  • Help with safety checks, access control, and compliance tasks.
  • Communicate facility updates to employees and respond to building-related questions.
