About The Position

Culture Vitale is expanding its network of experts, facilitators, and creatives to curate 'Sessions of Vitality' for companies and individuals. These immersive experiences blend creativity, wellbeing, and personal/team development to energize participants and create memorable, impactful sessions. We are seeking individuals with expertise in culture, wellbeing, development, arts, and related fields to lead engaging workshops, sessions, programs, and retreats. The role involves registering to propose services and set rates, receiving a premium professional listing, and having services promoted by Culture Vitale. Clients can then find and contact facilitators directly, who can also use their profile page for self-promotion.

Requirements

Passionate facilitators with experience.
Expertise in wellness, arts/artisanal, or coaching.
Based in the location advertised (Montreal).
Fluent in local language and English (conversational).
Comfortable working with groups/professionals.
Relevant legal right to work as a freelancer.
Reliable, creative, and excited to share craft with new audiences.
Experience working with groups, teams/organisations, or individuals.

Nice To Haves

Artisans, creatives & artists (e.g. artisanal crafts, visual art/therapy, group improv, music, magic, writing, theatre, pottery, dance/movement workshops).
Coaches & development experts (e.g. communication, public speaking, systemic coaching, team-building, mindset, cross-cultural training, problem-solving, empathy).
Sensory & artisanal experts (e.g. perfumery, culinary experiences/cocktail-making, wine/tea pairing, body percussion, leather or soap/candle making).

Responsibilities

Lead engaging workshops, sessions, programs, and retreats.
Propose services and set own rates.
Create interactive or passive sessions (e.g., confidence workshops, art, cocktail-making, meditation, music performance).
Utilize a premium professional listing provided by Culture Vitale.
Promote services through a profile page.
Connect with new clients, partners, and grow practice.
Participate in networking events with peers.
Be featured in cultural magazine/journal opportunities.
Be presented to the Chamber of Work & Culture.
