About The Position

This role offers the perfect balance of impact and flexibility for individuals who love working with children but prefer not to plan lessons or lead classroom instruction. The Hy-Tech Facilitator will help ensure smooth, effective teletherapy sessions that empower students to succeed.
Requirements
- Experience working with children or in a school setting
- Comfort with teleconferencing and basic technology tools
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- A positive, dependable, and student-focused attitude
Nice To Haves
- Coursework or background in education, psychology, or a related field is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Set up and monitor teletherapy sessions for students
- Check and maintain computer, audio, and video equipment
- Escort students to and from sessions and assist as needed
- Communicate absences or schedule changes with the provider
- Troubleshoot basic technology issues and sanitize equipment daily
- Collaborate with school staff and Boothby's therapy team to support student growth
